The firm has extensive experience in the removal of blacklistings from credit records and rescission of judgments. Jacques du Preez is also a qualified conveyancer.
The firm came into existence on 1 March 2001 and Jacques du Preez is the sole proprietor. He is ably assisted by Claire Munro (candidate attorney), Ross Barnard (research assistant) and reliable staff in the administrative and bookkeeping departments.
Jacques holds a B. Juris LLB (UPE). Claire holds an LLB (NMMU) degree.
