Madison Steel Services (pty) Ltd opened its doors in 2005 and the owners have been in the steel service industry for 57 years collectively. During the years they have built up invaluable experience in all aspects of the steel industry and use this expertise in their "hands on" management of their business.
The staff and workshop is well equipped to deal with the most requirements that this industry demands. We are also continuously improving and increasing our capacity by improving our efficiencies and the purchase of new equipment in order to meet the demands and standards set by our customers and we operate on 24 hour shifts.
Our 1200 ton x 7.5 meter long press was commissioned in 2007 and is one of the biggest press bakes in South Africa. We have a full range of tooling that includes radius tooling that will meet most of the requirements in all industries. We are well qualified in bending Armour, all Quench & Tempered materials and your lower carbon materials as well as stainless steel. Our specialty is the development and bending of Cones. Squares to Round, rolling of lobster backs and forming of most structural chute type work. All of our materials are stored under roof and out operations are all housed in two factories.
